Do I need a paid Zoom account for my session?

No, you don't need a paid Zoom account. All sessions are conducted using Bronwyn's Zoom account.

Question 7

Do I need to provide a photo, personal item or anything else for my reading?

Accepted Answer

You are not required to provide anything prior to the reading unless you want to. Some people provide their area of focus, specific questions or their intention before we meet. They do this because it can speed up the connection process. That being said, its not a requirement thou.

Can I book a reading on weekends or after hours?

Accepted Answer

No, readings are available only on weekdays. If you can't attend in person, you can book an online or phone appointment instead.

When can I book another appointment?

Accepted Answer

To get the most out of your readings it is recommended to leave time between appointments. Therefore, unless you have an urgent matter the following should be used as a guideline:
 
6+ months - Psychic & Awakening Readings
12+ months - Mediumship & Psychic Mediumship Readings

I need to change my appointment

Your appointment can be rescheduled or canceled but not transferred.
 
Please refer to the cancellation policy on your confirmation email for the refund policy.

Can 2 family members attend the same mediumship reading?

Accepted Answer

No, readings are a very personal experience.  Keeping the reading sacred allows for the optimum outcome for you.

That being said, under exceptional circumstances Bronwyn allows 2 family members to attend the same session:
1) Parents wishing to connect with their child in spirit. 
2) Young adults (aged 22 or under) wishing to connect to their recently passed parent(s).

When scheduling this service please indicate by email who will be joining you. 
Please note an additional fee of $70 applies.

Can I bring a friend into my reading?

No, readings are a very personal experience.  Keeping the reading sacred allows for the optimum outcome for you. 
 
Only 1 person is permitted in the reading room at a time, this includes no babies, children or pets. If someone travels with you for a reading after yours they will need to wait outside until their appointment.

Can I book a party or group reading?

Bronwyn does not offer party or group services. All sessions are sacred and therefore delivered in an individual setting.

Do you read for under-18-year-olds?

Accepted Answer

For legal reasons, readings are for 18+ years. At the discretion of Bronwyn Jane, exceptions may apply if a 16-18 year when verified written permission from a legal guardian has been provided.

Is there a cancellation or wait-list?

Accepted Answer

No, it is exceptionally rare for someone to cancel an appointment with Bronwyn. Therefore, she does not maintain a waitlist. 
 
If you would like to see Bronwyn it is recommended to book the next available appointment because Bronwyn's calendar fills quickly.
