Refund & Rescheduling Policy Full Refund: To receive a full refund, you must contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Rescheduling: If you cancel between 12-48 hours before your appointment, we’ll happily reschedule for a later date. No Refund or Reschedule: Refunds or rescheduling will not be available if: You cancel within 12 hours of your appointment. You fail to attend your appointment. You are more than 10 minutes late. You do not answer your phone for a phone reading. You do not join your Zoom session. Please respect these terms to help us serve you and others efficiently.
