The following rules and regulations are contained in this document together with all other documents pages on this website form Bronwyn Janes Psychic Medium Terms and Conditions. Your access to the website is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the Terms and Conditions. Your use of, and/or access to, the website constitutes your agreement to the Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions are applicable to any service listed on the website and apply to all visitors and users of the Bronwyn Jane Psychic Medium website (the "Website"). Bronwyn Jane Psychic Medium reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Since you are bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should periodically refer to this document and the Website.

Booking a service with Bronwyn Jane or anyone listed on this website is your acknowledgment and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

GENERAL TERMS

By using Bronwyn Jane service(s) you agree that you have read, agree, and acknowledge the below terms and conditions.

You are 18 years of age or older.
You are not from a country, state, or province, which may prohibit esoteric content, reports, information, and access to online consultations.
Clients' privacy is respected and as such, all services are confidential.
You acknowledge and accept that the original content is the property of Bronwyn Jane Psychic Medium and is protected by copyright. You understand that using this content without Bronwyn Jane's permission is a breach of Australian copyright law and you may be prosecuted.
You acknowledge that all online, zoom or telephone transactions are non-refundable.
If you advise Bronwyn Jane you're not satisfied with your in-person reading within 15 minutes of scheduled commencement, the reading will cease and no fee charged. But, if the reading has been completed the fee is payable.
Your booking will be confirmed by email and an appointment reminder sent. It is your respectability to ensure your details are accurate. If there is an error please advise.
Intentionally entering a fake email address, false phone details (including 1300 numbers) or other information deemed a misrepresentation into this site is considered fraud. This is not tolerated and appointments will be canceled without consolation.
When canceling your booking, automatic rescheduling is not guaranteed.
You must be on time for your scheduled appointment. Your reading time starts at the scheduled time. If you are late for your appointment for any reason the reading time will be impacted. This means the reading ends at the scheduled time and your reading will be shorter than expected due to your delay, so as not to impact appointments after yours. You acknowledge being late means you will have a shorter reading. Bronwyn Jane may choose to cancel your reading if you are 10 minutes late. In this instance, a refund will not apply.
You acknowledge that carpooling to your reading may impact the reading. When you travel together for a reading Spirit treats everyone like family. Families in Spirit can combine to help each other relay messages. If you don't know the other families in Spirit (in detail) it can make your reading confusing. Therefore, for a more concise reading carpooling is not recommended.
One person is allowed in the private reading room during the reading. If someone travels with you for the reading after yours, they will be required to wait outside.
To ensure you are fully engaged in the experience babies, children, or companion pets cannot be part of the reading experience.
You acknowledge if someone off-camera during a Zoom reading their loved ones may come through or messages for them and this may impact your reading.
Appointments cannot be transferred to another individual without approval by Bronwyn Jane.
An appointment must be made by the individual having the service, not a 3rd party. As the client must agree to the terms and conditions.
Readings are for individuals only.
Bronwyn Jane respects the free will of all individuals and will not offer to influence another against their will, such as promising to remove someone from a client's life or to bring a person to love them.
Services do not provide services to remove curses or any effects of other maleficent magic.
Reading services are not fortune-telling. A client is responsible for the future they co-create with Spirit.
With prior consent, the recording of readings is permitted by the client. Bronwyn Jane may record a reading for insurance purposes only, she will not provide a copy of the reading to clients.
Your reading may terminate, access to the website, social media, and other services offered by Bronwyn Jane, if it is deemed questions or interaction to be inappropriate, offensive, abusive, or impeding on another person’s privacy in any way.
Bronwyn Jane is an Australian registered business and therefore governed by Australian laws.
By booking in-person service you acknowledge you comply with any current public health orders in place at the time of the appointment. Bronwyn Jane is not liable in any form, for any actions as a result of non-compliance by you.
Your service will be terminated if you attend the appointment under the influence of illegal drugs, or alcohol or threaten Bronwyn in any way. In this case, refunds to not apply.
By law, you are advised services provided by Bronwyn Jane including all readings are for entertainment purposes only and are general in nature. Readings may refer to legal, financial, and medical issues but this does not replace the need for professional advice. You MUST seek the services of medical, legal, financial, law enforcement, or mental health professionals at all times. Readings are not considered fact.
Clients who have a psychological disorder or illness must seek professional medical advice before undertaking Bronwyn Jane services. No assumption of responsibility is made or taken through the provision of services by Bronwyn Jane.
By engaging in Bronwyn Jane services you acknowledge your responsibility and you solely are liability for any choices you make as a result of these services. Bronwyn Jane does not assume any responsibility or liability for the choices either directly or indirectly, you make as a consequence of Bronwyn Jane's services.
You agree, before making any life-changing decisions to seek the advice services of a professional who is qualified and specializes in the area of your concern. Bronwyn Jane is not qualified in counseling, medical professional, lawyer, or financial advisor.

Disclaimer

Bronwyn Jane's services are for guidance only. What you decide to do with the information that is given, including any actions you take, is down to your responsibility and choice. All readings, coaching, courses, and questions answered should at no time be regarded as legal, medical, financial, psychological, or business facts and are subject to your own interpretation and judgment. For legal reasons, you are advised that readings are for entertainment purposes only. All information supplied by the client is confidential. Information will not be given to third parties in relation to the client or the client’s personal details without the permission of the client unless Bronwyn Jane deems the client to be in a life-threatening situation, in which case Bronwyn Jane is duty-bound to report the perceived danger to the appropriate authorities.

Bronwyn Jane is a certified psychic medium and spiritual healer. However, your session should be undertaken with an open and positive outlook with no expectations of an outcome. Bronwyn Jane takes no responsibility for your destiny, this resides within you.

Payment Service

Payment is accepted on this website using either PayPal, credit card, or debit card. Bank transfer or cash is not accepted

COVID Release

Although COVID Stay Safe measures are taken to prevent the spread of COVID you are aware that you could be exposed to COVID when attending your in-person session. By attending an in-person session, class, or reading you assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive Bronwyn Jane of any claims of personal injury or death relating to COVID infection or associated illnesses.

Limitations of Liability

The Website and Bronwyn Jane will not, in any case, be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages for use of this site or any other hyperlinked websites including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement, business interruptions, loss of data or damages resulting from use of or reliance on the information present. You are solely liable for the use of the website.

Although this website employs the latest in Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and online transaction security, we will not be responsible for any damages, or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.

Non-Disparagement

You agree not to publish, communicate or make to any person or entity, in any media or a public forum, including on any social media sites, any comments or statement (verbal or written), that intentionally or unintentionally would, or is reasonably likely to, disparage, create a negative impression of, or is detrimental to Bronwyn Jane, services, customers or other associated third parties.

You agree not to breach the Privacy Act 1988 in relation to Bronwyn Jane or any affiliate of Bronwyn Jane. You agree not to make false or misleading statements to financial advantage you or disadvantage Bronwyn Jane, refer to Criminal Act 1900, Section 192E.

Jurisdiction

The laws of Australia will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You therefore hereby irrevocably and unconditionally consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia for any litigation arising out of or relating to the use of or service engaged through Bronwyn Jane Psychic Medium website or person (and agree not to commence any litigation relating thereto except in such courts), waives any objection to the laying of the venue of any such litigation in the Australian Courts and agrees not to plead or claim in any Australian court that such litigation brought therein has been brought in an inconvenient forum.
