If you've recently returned from overseas or been in contact with someone who has, have a dry cough, fever, unexplained fatigue or sneezing please rescheduled your appointment.
Bronwyn Jane has completed the Department of Health Infection Control Training and her space complies with the Department of Health guidelines for COVID-19, see below.
In accordance with NSW government regulations, effective 12 July 2021 it is mandated for you to sign-in with either a QR code or manually. All other COVID Stay Safe guidelines are in place for your session with Bronwyn Jane.
Please follow any directions given by Bronwyn Jane or her team in relations to signing in, social distancing or the use of hand sanitizer
You understand that your personal information maybe provided to the relevant authorities as required by law for the purpose of contact tracing in the event you do not completed the sign in process correctly.
Although COVID Stay Safe measures are taken by Bronwyn Jane to prevent the spread of COVID you are aware that you could be exposed to COVID when attending your in-person session. By attending a in-person session, class or reading you assume any risk, take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or death relating to COVID infection.
